General conditions :
The stays start at 2 p.m..
The stays finish at 11 a.m..
Ahrres: 30 % of the amount of the stay to the reservation.
Balance with the arrival.
In the event of late arrival, we thank you for preventing the reception in order to assure your reception.
Policy of reservation :
The reservation becomes final only at the time of the payment of the down payments.
The required down payments are 30% of the amount of the stay.
The reservation becomes final only at the time of L’acknowledgement of delivery on behalf of L’hotel (e.mail, mail, sms, fax…)
Policy of cancellation :
The down payments are due and nonrefundable.
If cancellation intervenes:
Between 30 and 15 days before the arrival: 50% of the price of the stay are due by the customer.
Enter 14 and 8 days before the arrival: 75% of the price of the stay are due by the customer.
The not-presentation involves the payment of the total cost of the stay by the customer.
